I almost forgot about this picture. I took it on Liberty Island.
On a random note I’ve decided I’m done with watermarking my images for several reasons. One, it takes up seconds of my time that I could otherwise be blog stalking, sleeping, or just sitting around. Two, I feel kind arrogant doing it. Three, if you really want to steal a photo that badly then go for it! Because how awesome would I be if I people liked my photos enough to take them from my website. Holla party people! Not to diss anyone that does use them, cause you gotta do yo’ thang. But I think from no on I’m just going to post sans watermark.
Stay classy.

Out of all the things in New York that I dreamed of photographing, the Bridge was always at the top. I love architecture. In high school I read The Fountainhead and wanted to be an architect. I went to NYC with a vision in my head of what photo I wanted. Usually, I work quite the opposite with photographing. Anywho, I took about 300 of just the wires on the bridge. These were my favs.

Fifty shots later and I finally got that flare! I’ll be posting more soon.

We’ve been really busy out here! I haven’t had much time to post as much as I’d like too. Not to mention the “amazing” internet connection promised to us by our hotel (which is super fancy I might add) is mediocre at best. We leave on Tuesday for New York. It’ll be my first time there and I am sooo excited! Justin has been there briefly once before so we are both excited to explore the city. I’ll try to post more while I’m there. I am a huge history buff so I of course want to hit up places like Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. However, I also am a dork and want to visit places like the corner where they always filmed the outside of Monica and Rachel’s apartment on Friends. Which of couse I’ve forgotten the name of, but I’m sure google will assist me with that. I also am praying hard for Fall colors. I’ve been watching the news every day to see what the color percentage is. The news said that upstate New York is in full color now so I’m hoping by the time we get to NYC we’ll see some good colors. Ah! I’m so excited.
Until we meet again,
J
Philly Skies are so gorgeous!

Growing up in Earthquake country is hard on a girl. . . I never get to see bricks and they’re EVERYWHERE here.

A bridge. I haven’t the slightest idea what the name is
